| What
is it? |
| |
| An
inflatable, unsinkable, twin-seated,
self-draining canoe. Unlike
traditional rigid canoes, it is impervious
to impact and running aground. This
light canoe is easy to handle and control
in all situations. |
| |
| An
ideal way to take your first steps in
discovering the techniques of the river. |
| |
| After
briefing you on navigation and safety,
your guide will accompany you down-river
where you will learn to control your
canoe and, thanks to its stability and
manoeuvrability, begin to enjoy the
pleasures of navigating in pairs. You
take control! |

| |
| Trips
take place mainly on the Giffre between
Sixt and Samoëns, on a shorter
stretch of river, avoiding having to
negotiate the Gorges. Once you have
gained some experience, you may be able
to take on the Gorges. |
