ELIGIBILITY |

Activities at Nunayak Rafting are open to all, provided
you can swim 25m, are happy to put your head under
water and are in good physical condition. A minimum
age may apply for some activities. |

ACTIVITIES

Routes,
times and distances given are indicative only; they
relate to typical activities undertaken but cannot
be considered as contractual. Activities may be
changed, postponed or cancelled without notice,
if in our opinion conditions (weather, river flow
etc.) are inappropriate or dangerous for the activity
concerned. Our guides reserve the right to change
routes or activities for safety reasons.
The guides may also, if necessary for safety reasons,
make judgements as to the physical or psychological
aptitude or otherwise of customers to undertake
an activity; customers who are unable to take part
in an activity for this reason will not be eligible
for compensation.

INSURANCE |

Nunayak
Rafting takes out insurance to cover its customers,
which is included in the proce of activities.
The insurance policy is in accordance with the requirements
of the law no 84-610 of 16 July 1984 and the decree
no. 91-582 of 19 June 1991. To claim following an
accident, the victim must produce a medical certificate
giving full details of the nature of any injury
and its probable consequences, within 5 days of
the date of the accident (unless there are exceptional
circumstances).
